I didn't answer the call from 07700370839 since I don't pick up on numbers I don't recognise. It's usually just people trying to scam me and they never bother to leave a voicemail either!

Got a call out of the blue claiming they could lower the insurance on my kitchen appliances. When I asked which one specifically, they just went on about “all the appliances” nonstop. I ended up hanging up and blocking the number right away.

I'm not quite certain how he obtained my number, and when I inquired, he was quite evasive. He claimed my monthly payments for the washing machine were set to decrease... I decided to hang up.
