It’s rather perplexing, isn’t it? I’ve made it abundantly clear that I have no inclination to engage, yet they persist with their calls. It’s rather irritating, to say the least!

Sounds like a dodgy energy con to me! They claimed to be from the ECO 4 Company and were fishing for info to check if I qualified for some sort of Eco 4 Government grants. Quite the cheek!
