Hello Fresh keeps ringing me to get my subscription going again with half price off. They do call quite often but it’s a genuine offer and since I’m someone who signs back up a lot, it’s saved me loads.

Hey, got a call from Hello Fresh, wasn’t a scam or anything, just someone trying to get me to renew my subscription with a 50% discount on the next box. I said yes to the deal. I couldn’t remember which email I’d used since I’ve got loads (forgot which one I signed up with lol), but the guy actually told me my email address, so it seemed genuine. When I logged into my Hello Fresh account later, there was the 50% discount all ready for me to use.

I didn’t pick up because I was busy at work handling an urgent situation. They rang me four times in a row. With kids, when I see loads of missed calls close together, I naturally assume it’s about childcare. So I paused what I was doing to answer, only to find it was a sales call from Hello Fresh offering a free trial! Honestly, I was proper annoyed... it’s just not right to ring that many times in quick succession for a sales call. Really not happy about it and definitely won’t be signing up with Hello Fresh again after that.

I ignored this call thinking it was spam. But after seeing some of the reviews here, I realised I did cancel my Hello Fresh subscription a few months back, so it could be them. I went ahead and blocked the number to avoid any bother.

I received a call from +44 7700 151855. It seems this could be due to Hello Fresh having a call centre located overseas. This might explain why the number shows up with a +44 code, even though I’m situated in the UK too.

Really annoying! They keep ringing me loads of times, mostly when I’m stuck at work. The one time I managed to pick up, a lady said she was from Hello Fresh and wanted me to do a survey. I told her I was busy at work and have so much going on right now, plus I’m moving house, so I’m not interested. But she just wouldn’t drop it and kept pushing. I had to end the call. Since then, they’ve called me again and again. It’s honestly getting borderline harassment now.

I got a call earlier today from a number claiming to be Hello Fresh. They mentioned something about the call being recorded before suddenly cutting off. Quite clearly a nuisance call!

Totally get where you’re coming from, I ditched a Hello Fresh subscription not long ago because I ordered meat options and they kept sending me veggie stuff instead. They kept blowing up my inbox loads each day, even after I cancelled and deleted the app. Now they’re ringing me non-stop, so I’m just gonna block the number. Hello Fresh really left a sour impression on me. I can’t stand those persistent calls trying to get you back on board.

They rang me while I was at work and claimed to be from Hello Fresh. I’d already cancelled my subscription ages ago so I told them to stop calling (this was the third time) and ended up blocking the number this time.

After reading the reviews, I reckon this call was from Hellofresh - the person on the other end was really hard to make out and when I asked her to repeat three times she just cut off (I thought she mentioned Halifax or something).

This number has rung me 4 times in just a couple of minutes, I didn't pick up once so I went ahead and blocked it! From what I’ve read in other comments, it looks like it’s Hellofresh. Them calling that much makes me think they’re just as pushy and annoying as others have said.

This number has rung me three times in the past four days and I haven’t picked up because I don’t know who it is. But if it’s connected to Hello Fresh, that’s quite likely since I just cancelled my subscription with them. Seems to match what others here are saying about it being Hello Fresh. Even though I cancelled through their website, they still sent a delivery and took money from me, so I had to phone them. They were really pushy, trying loads to stop me from cancelling and throwing discounts at me to keep my subscription.

They kicked off the call with "morning, who am I chatting with?" Yeah right 😂 ended the call straight away.

Picked up the phone and heard “good morning is this (my first name)? I’m calling from Hello Fresh.” I told them I wasn’t interested and wished them a good day. As I hung up, I caught her starting to go on again, probably trying to reel me back in with some rubbish about signing up. Blocked the number straight away - not falling for getting sent two tiny spring onions as part of a meal for four again!

Looks like it was definitely Hello Fresh or someone with access to my details. They knew my name straight away. Tried to offer me a discount to come back but I said no and it felt sketchy since a mobile number was calling. They added credit to my account but I’ve cancelled again anyway. The lady on the phone was quite pushy and got a bit annoyed when I wouldn’t give her my full address.

HelloFresh keeps pestering me for feedback again. I filled it in before just to be polite but they keep wanting me to rejoin. I even deleted my HelloFresh account through a Data Access Request and they’re still ringing me.
