Somebody rang me saying they were from Plan.com, something about my Vodafone account. Pretty obvious it was a scam. Told them I don’t even have Vodafone and they just hung up straight away.

These calls have absolutely no connection with Nationwide - it’s just some random cold callers ringing people up.

Got calls over and over from someone saying they were with Vodafone. After not picking up for a while, I finally answered and they started telling me I could lower my phone charges. The thing is, I don’t even have Vodafone as my provider. I just ended the call right away. Honestly, don’t waste your time - just block them straight away.

So, I got a phone call the other day, and it went a bit like this... Caller: Hi there, Ann here. How’s your day going? Me: Pretty good, cheers. Caller: I’m ringing from O2 and reckon I can lower your mobile bill. Me: Sounds good, but before that, can you tell me what my current tariff is? Caller: Nah, I’m the one asking the questions here. Thing is, I don’t even have O2, so I just cut the call off. What a joke! 🙄🙄🙄
