I received a call featuring an automated lady's voice with a strong American twang, claiming my name was somehow tied to some dodgy dealings (Really? What name? What sort of mischief? How thrilling!). They suggested I press 1 to chat with an operator. I suppose it’s a little refreshing compared to the usual National Insurance or car accident nonsense!
