5 yearsSomeone rang me from 07616040750 claiming to be a BT engineer. The problem is, I'm not even with BT. When I told him I'd contact BT directly, he handed me a phone number - 01793 596921 - to call instead. Turns out, that number has nothing to do with BT customer service. The bloke was really forceful and got quite rude when I refused to follow his instructions, sounding like he thought I was an idiot.
