Got a call about windows too. Had a look at Ofcom's site and it says that numbers starting with 070 and 076 are premium rate numbers. If you get calls from these, you can report them to the Premium Rate Regulator by calling 0300 30 30020 for free or just go through the link on Ofcom’s page.

"Number set aside for pagers"? Sounds like a fake, no doubt about it. They've tried ringing three times but the phone never actually buzzed, so BT's Call Protect spotted the number on their blacklist and stopped it from getting through. Finally some credit to BT, eh? Anyway, these are dodgy calls, so best to ignore if you've got caller ID or just block them if your phone supports it.

Never pick up numbers you don’t know! I just looked it up and it showed as International, so the call’s definitely coming from abroad. TPS won’t do anything about this. Honestly, the only way you get scammed is if you let it happen. The more you answer, the more stress and annoyance it causes.
