The bloke spoke all weirdly, trying to sound off but then he mentioned some dodgy email about a Boots survey that was sent earlier. He was keen to get info about an Amex card that apparently got switched since that scam. The more he couldn’t get the details, the more annoyed he sounded, and then suddenly his fake voice slipped and you could tell he was from Birmingham.
