Got a call from someone speaking with an Indian accent, saying he was from BT. He gave the name 'Kevin Johnson' and said there was a problem with our internet, warning about hackers. The call had a lot of background noise like a busy call centre, which was a bit suspicious. Although he said he was calling from London, there was a noticeable lag on the line. When I began asking if what he was saying was real and told him I suspected it was a scam, he just snapped, told me off and hung up straight away!
