Got a call from a company named Zappi, which isn’t exactly a recruitment agency. They’re working on an app that helps schools get in touch with me straight away for supply jobs. The folks I spoke to were super friendly, and it’s great to see someone trying to cut out the agencies who charge schools loads and then just tip their favs for shifts. I’ve already signed up for September and looking forward to it.

Seems like the number’s just not active, no calls are coming through at all. I tried to answer a few times but there was no one on the line. Been getting loads of calls from that number lately.

I have absolutely no clue who they are but noticed on my bill that I got charged more than £5 for a call that lasted just 33 seconds! I honestly can't recall ever ringing that number!
