Got a message from this number claiming it was from my bank saying "New phone banking password sent. Not expecting this? Call us straight away on 01143 560016." Thing is, I never use phone banking - I prefer going into the branch or just using online banking - so it seemed fishy right off the bat. I called the number they gave, but when I did, a different number appeared on my caller ID. That’s when I figured something was off and decided to end the call and check this site out instead.

Got a text from a mobile number saying it’s from COOP bank with a new phone banking password. It said if I didn’t request it to ring 01143560016. Funny thing is, that number’s already been flagged as a scam here, so I wouldn’t trust either number. Definitely a scam, I don’t even have an account with Coop.
