Got a message saying there’s an issue with my payment and I needed to click on a link to fix my details.

Same here with the last couple of calls. Definitely avoid clicking on any link they send. Just block the number and report it straight away.

Got a text saying it was from O2 asking me to update my payment info. The link looked dodgy to me - something like https://myo2ref-help[.]web[.]app. None of the links on the page did anything except the one saying “update details,” which was weird. Definitely a scam trying to steal info.

Got a message dated 9.1.26 claiming to be from O2 saying my recent bill didn’t go through and asking me to update my info at https://myo2ref-help[.]web[.]app[.] Looks very dodgy to me, so I’d seriously recommend not clicking on it as it’s probably a scam trying to steal your personal data.
