Havent looked into this number properly yet but I got a text saying a parcel couldnt be delivered cause of a problem with the address. It asked me to update my details and said delivery will happen in 24 hours. There was a link in the message they wanted me to click on. The way the message was written seemed really dodgy so Im planning to report it to Royal Mail's fraud team.

TOTALLY SCAMMERS. When I called them out, they just laughed and said they definitely don’t make minimum wage. Then they mentioned the call was recorded so I should watch my tone, telling me it’s not really my place to question them and they don’t have to respond to anything I ask. 🤬. Just last week they were openly boasting about the cash they’ve ripped off from others.

Got a message saying “Your parcel couldn’t be delivered due to address issues, please update your address details so we can send it within 24 hours. (Copy the link and open it in your browser). Wishing you a lovely day!” Sounds like a total scam to me. Wouldn’t trust it for a second.

Got a few texts off this number claiming to be Royal Mail, saying they've got a parcel for me but can't deliver it because of the address? Then they send a link asking for your full address info? Honestly, do NOT click on that link or fill in anything, it's dodgy for sure. Just bin the message straight away and wanted to warn others here too.
