Got a phone call from someone saying they were from BT, saying my email account had loads of errors. The woman on the line with an accent asked when I last checked my emails. Then she wanted to know what gadget I was using and if it was even turned on. I said it wasn’t. When she told me to switch it on, I just said no again. She just cut me off straight away after that.
