Received a call from someone claiming to be with Simply Energy Management, who said they were providing complimentary energy assessments through Pilkingtons for folks over the age of 70. They mentioned that a surveyor would be in touch to set up a time for testing doors and windows. However, the surveyor only rang me half an hour after our arranged appointment. By then, I had already lost interest and told him to disregard the meeting. In that half hour delay, I had a quick look at their online reviews and it really gave off a dodgy vibe.
