The site postoffice-rebook[###] was actually registered in Massachusetts, USA, back on 19th July. Sounds like the local cops there could help take it down. The domain’s owned by Privacy Protect, LLC, based at 10 Corporate Drive, Burlington, MA 01803. Their phone number’s +1.8022274003 if you wanna follow up.
