I reckon this was one of those dodgy scam calls. I got a robo-voice saying my bank (didn’t say which one) was debited £700 supposedly by Amazon. It told me to press 1 to dispute or 2 to accept it. When I pressed, I got connected to someone who seemed to be working from a dodgy overseas call centre. I got nervous and stayed silent for less than a minute, then they just hung up. Best to just ignore these, but if you’re curious, check your bank account first before doing anything.
