Seriously dodgy! They kept ringing me over and over, nonstop, like they were just hassling me. Not a single message left - if they were legit, I'm sure they'd have said something.

I got a call from someone claiming they needed to carry out a building inspection. She mentioned they’d supposedly called a couple weeks earlier and that some documents needed updating. When I asked who gave the go-ahead for the inspection, she just ended the call. The caller had an English accent. I’m planning to ask my neighbours if anyone else has had this, but my gut tells me it’s probably a scam. I guess I might be mistaken though.
