Got a call from this number, a lady named Caroline from some refuge place. She asked if I had any issues with d#### and drinking. She told me to keep ringing different help lines. Bit odd, really.

So a couple of guys from Coulmans roofing, who apparently work for Clarion Housing, came by. They said the big hole and other roof problems were safe enough and didn’t need to go inside since I wouldn’t show them any ID. Both of the blokes were called Tom, and they showed me some photos of the roof. Honestly, they felt quite intimidating.
