You wouldn’t believe it, but I just got a completely silent call from a number that, after a quick search, seems to belong to the company behind O2. The funny thing is, my number is actually an O2 one. Honestly, I’m seriously thinking about leaving them now - they clearly don’t care about their customers at all.

I got a call from this number but as soon as I picked up, the line went dead. Apparently, it belongs to Telefonica UK Ltd, which is the company behind O2. When I rang their customer support, the lady there didn’t want to admit it was an O2 number. Weirdly, I couldn’t leave any feedback on either the O2 website or Trustpilot since it looks like O2 isn't listed anywhere. Very frustrating!
