I got a call like this once but from another number. It was a robotic woman claiming to be from my bank, never mentioned which one though. She said my card had been charged £199 on Amazon and also had a £890 transaction in a foreign currency. Then she told me to press 1 to confirm these purchases or 2 to talk to the fraud team. Sounds like a total scam, right?
