I got a call from some call centre, and you could hear loads of people talking in the background. The guy had such a thick accent, it was really hard to make out what he was saying. Eventually, he mentioned something about a £4000 charge on my Amazon account and said he needed to check it out. I told him there are tons of scams like that going around and asked since when does Amazon call from a mobile? He tried to get me to listen but I just asked why I’d fall for a scam. Then he just hung up on me.
