I got a call from a lady with a really thick foreign accent, struggling to speak English, who said her name was Jenny, or something like that, claiming she rang from Virgin Media. I told her I wasn’t a Virgin Media customer and after a short pause, she just ended the call. Total scam, again! I checked the number and it’s connected to India.

Got a call from someone saying they were Immigration, that they’d tried reaching me about some paperwork and told me to press 1 or 2 for English or Chinese message. I was born here so knew it was dodgy. Plus, they called me like 5 times from different numbers with the exact same message. I ended up reporting the numbers to Action Fraud.

Got a call with an automated message from DHL, sounded like it was in both English and Chinese. Bit confusing, wasn’t expecting the bilingual thing. Anyone else get something similar?
