I’ve been getting about four messages from the number +44 7593 215673 in the past few weeks, all saying something about paying £1.45 for a parcel delivery. Didn’t bother opening or responding since it sounded dodgy to me.

Sounds like a parcel delivery scam to me. The number they used is just one digit off from another reported scam number. I got a weird text that was incomplete, telling me to get in touch with something like ‘evri-re shipping-update.com’ or my parcel would be sent back. What’s worrying is that I’m actually expecting a parcel today from ‘Parcelforce’. Makes you question if maybe Parcelforce’s security has been compromised or if it’s just a strange coincidence.
