Just got a call from Homeservices saying we owe them £180 for some auto-renewed home appliance plan that we’ve never heard of. The woman couldn’t give me a policy number, said she was calling from the arrears department. She also threatened to send debt collectors after us, which seems a bit extreme for something we don’t even have!
