Good day, Mike. I find myself in exactly the same predicament. Over the last three weeks, I’ve received three messages that seem rather dodgy, if not outright scams. The last pair of texts mirrored yours precisely, just with different digits. Here are the numbers I've flagged: 07592519220, 07526315101, and 07526315085. I’m quite curious to understand how these individuals are obtaining our numbers in the first instance, as we’ve never sought out any loans or anything of that sort!

I received a rather dubious message regarding some supposed compensation: “Our records show you’re due £3750 for an accident you never had. To make a 'free' claim, simply reply CLAIM to this text.” Honestly, these scammers must think we’ve just fallen off the turnip truck! We haven't had an accident at all. And let’s be real, there’s no such thing as a ‘free’ claim; the cost of sending a text to opt-out could leave you out of pocket. Best steer clear of these con artists altogether!
