Today, I received a dodgy text from this number claiming to be the NHS, telling me that I needed to go for a Covid test due to potential exposure to someone who tested positive for Omicron. Honestly, it's just a ridiculous scam and in my opinion, one of the most absurd ones out there!

Got a dodgy message saying I've been near someone who just tested positive and to get a test here: htips:/iyour-pcr-order.com. I barely leave the house anyway, so if there was really something up, my mates would’ve told me straight, not some weird text.

Got a dodgy text telling me to buy some test kit, seems like one of those delivery cons to me.

Got a dodgy text saying I’d been in touch with someone who had the Omicron bug. The message had a link to something called home-pcr-kit.com but I didn’t dare click it. Definitely not from the NHS or anything official.
