I've just had a similar message come through.

I recently received a dubious message masquerading as a tracking update, supposedly from a bogus number linked to Covid. They urged me to click on a shady link to supposedly request a PCR testing kit. Clearly, it's a scam trying to lure unsuspecting people in!
