This number has rung me 5 times today, with 3 calls all coming in less than an hour. A woman with a mechanic-like tone said my Amazon Prime would renew automatically, charging me £79.99. I was told to press 1 to talk to someone. After the fourth call, I went ahead and pressed 1, only to get through to a really noisy call centre. As soon as I started explaining, the person on the other end just hung up. I don’t even have an Amazon Prime account, plus I never set up any direct debit, so there’s no way any renewal could happen.
