I just had my joint account drained - they sounded super legit and professional, calling and leaving messages about supposed fraud prevention. Turns out it was all a trick to scam me!

Got calls from someone claiming to be with Co-Op Bank! They kept using some kind of message system so I couldn’t block the number. The calls were coming in every single hour. I spoke to Plusnet, but they said there’s no way to stop it. Who is supposed to help with this? Proper annoying lot!
