Got a message from someone called Caroline claiming to be a recruiter at Mace Group. She asked if I was still job hunting. It wasn’t till after exchanging a few texts that she mentioned someone in HR would contact me for a training meeting on WhatsApp, promising a bonus between £80 and £120. Felt dodgy straight away.
