I got a call from someone saying they were with Amazon and warned me about a dodgy payment of about £700 supposedly charged to my account. They told me my account was frozen and asked me to press 1 to speak to their team. I double checked my Amazon account on the official site and there was nothing suspicious or any account hold at all.
