I got a call from someone pretending to be from HMRC, saying I'd be arrested if I didn't press 1. Of course, I just ended the call straight away. Definitely a scam.

Got a call from someone saying they were from a credit investigation team, kept asking for me by my name. I swear they were fishing for my bank info to scam me.

I got a call about sorting out my debts, but as soon as I told them I don't owe anyone and actually people owe me, they just hung up. Pretty clear they were fishing for my bank info, but there's no way I'm giving that out.

they kinda hinted that i owed some tax or damage fees or something like that

Someone called me asking about debts I've never heard of. They had no clue about what debts or any time frame either. The whole thing seemed really dodgy and they didn’t even have proper bank info. Total scam, I reckon.
