I got a call around half past nine this morning from someone saying they were from Amazon. They told me my Prime membership had been renewed and charged me £79.99. They said if I wanted to cancel I could press 1 to speak to a supervisor. I waited for a bit but then the call just dropped. This is the fifth time in the last week I've had this sort of call, each time from a different number or one that doesn’t show up.
