I got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon, telling me I'd ordered a new iPhone 7 and that they would be charging me £347. Since I hadn’t made any such order, I asked for more info. The woman got quite defensive and turned rude when I wouldn’t put the call on speaker - which I refused because I was at work. Then she just abruptly ended the call. If that really was Amazon, their customer service sure leaves a lot to be desired!
