Had a call from someone with a strong foreign accent, hard to catch what she was saying. Said her name was something, maybe African. Said she was from BT, but I had to ask about the department like 4 times to get any info. Apparently my internet was being attacked or something. Thing is, I don’t even have internet here. She just hung up on me straight after.
