On 04/03/2023, I got a message from this number saying something like "Hi mum, texting from a mate's phone 'cause mine broke and theirs is almost dead. Can you WhatsApp me on my new number 447564676651?" I didn't reply since it smelt a bit dodgy and sounded like a scam to me.
