Got a dodgy text pretending to be Royal Mail saying I owed £2 for postage - total scam, do not tap the link! It said something like “RoyalMail: Your parcel has an outstanding £2 fee, pay now at [#]royalmail.parcel629[###] or it’ll go back to sender.” Honestly, how do these fraudsters know we’re expecting stuff from Royal Mail? It’s really easy to get caught out by these trick texts... be careful and just block the number straight away.

I got a message saying I'd got a £2 shipping charge from Royal Mail, asking me to pay it through a website link that looked dodgy and doesn’t actually exist. It warned that if I didn’t pay, my parcel would be sent back. Checked the site with McAfee and it flagged it as sketchy. Definitely some sort of scam trying to get you to ring a premium rate number or something. Got this random email on my phone outta nowhere, felt pretty dodgy to me.
