There's a dodgy bloke up north ringing folks who've lost their dogs, grabbing phone numbers from posters or Facebook, saying he's got their pooch but will hurt it if they don't send him about £1000. He’s not just ringing from this number, he has a few different ones he uses. Proper nasty scam trying to scare people.
