Somebody called me saying my Visa card was charged £777.95 on Amazon, which is weird cause I don’t even own a Visa. They kept telling me to press 1 to speak with them, but I didn’t fall for it. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now. Just a heads up, if you get something like this, don’t call back the number they give - reach out to your card issuer the usual way instead.
