As soon as I noticed it wasn’t my bank calling, I tried calling the number back straight away but all I got was a weird buzzing noise. Gave it another go today - it actually rang for a couple of minutes at first, then it just went back to that same buzzing sound. Strange!

Got a weird call from a woman with an Indian accent saying Amazon charged me over £190. She also mentioned that someone had spent more than £800 on my landline. She asked if I wanted to authorise it - of course I said no. I checked my mobile app and there were no transactions. Still, now they've got my full name and which bank I use. It all sounded really legit though.
