I keep getting texts claiming to be from the UK government about a "Winter Cold Welfare Reminder" or something similar, but as far as I know, that benefit doesn’t actually exist. The messages all say the same thing but come from different numbers, and they each include a link that’s almost identical except for the last part which changes. I reckon if it were real, the link would be exactly the same every time, so it’s definitely a scam.
