8 monthsA polite lady called and asked if I was (my name and address), saying she was ringing from the bank because I hadn’t replied to a letter sent (few weeks back) about picking up a new bank card. I told her I never requested one! She replied that they are reopening my nearby branch (she named the place) and issuing new cards. I’ve reported this straight to the bank’s fraud team. Funny thing is, years ago, there was almost the same call when the bank was actually CLOSING my local branch.
