someone rang me saying they were from TalkTalk, then put me through to a "senior technician" who basically repeated what the first guy said. they claimed my internet had some kind of error and that if i used my computer or laptop, they could fix it. i told them twice i don’t own a laptop or pc, and after that, they just cut me off. it really felt like a scam to me since they hung up rather quick. also, the accents were really thick, sounded like they were from somewhere in the far east and their english was pretty broken. does anyone know how to block or stop calls like this?
