Got a call from a bloke claiming to be ‘James’ with a really strong Indian accent, trying to sell me an O2 contract upgrade along with an iPhone 17 for a laughably cheap price. I told him straight up he was pulling a scam. When he asked me to prove it, I just said I wasn’t even an O2 customer - so no proof needed really. From the start, it was clear he wasn’t really ‘James’ and just trying to trick me!
