Got a call from someone saying they were with Virgin Media, saying my internet had some kind of problem. I said my connection was fine and there were no issues. Then I told him to stop messing about and hung up on what I reckon was a scam.

My landline rang, and a robot voice said there were issues with debit cards expiring in 2028 and 2029, claiming my card had been charged for a flight booking. It asked me to press 1 to confirm or 2 to reject. I pressed 1, not to approve, but hoping to talk to someone, and ended up speaking to a lady with a strong Indian accent. When I asked if she was calling from the UK and mentioned the TPS register, she just cut me off straight away!
