Got a text on my phone from someone claiming to be the DVLA, saying I owed a refund or something. The link they sent looked dodgy straight away - not a proper UK gov address at all. It was something like tax-disc.dvla.gov.uk.lep42.pw, which turned out to be a site from a tiny Pacific island called Palau. Definitely a scam, so watch out!
