Got a dodgy SMS pretending to be from PayPal, 100% a phishing scam. Came close to falling for it. The link looked like paypal.com but actually was something like paypal.com-uk-somethingelse. Don’t click on any links like that. Best to block and report straight away, don’t risk it.
