I'm fairly convinced that this phone number belongs to a con artist masquerading as a financial consultant with ties to Barclays. The chap calls himself Gabriel Gruber, and while he is indeed employed at Barclays, he's the head of chemicals for EMEA, not a financial investment expert. I've also received calls from a few other dodgy numbers: 02086382715, 02086384773, and 07771 994673. They claim to represent a company called Apexchange24, yet the only information about them online comes from scam watchdogs. It all sounds very fishy to me!
