Got a recorded call claiming to be from the ‘Banking Department’, but they didn’t say which bank. They told me my account had two dodgy transactions today, one being over £100 charged from Amazon. The message said if I hadn’t made those purchases, I should press a button to speak to someone in their team. Felt fishy straight away, so I just listened for a bit then ended the call and blocked the number. Definitely a scam!
